The Role
We’re seeking a Community Manager / Marketing Lead who is passionate about building, engaging, and growing vibrant communities in the blockchain and AI ecosystem. You’ll be the voice of Hgraph across platforms like Discord, X (Twitter), and other Web3 channels, helping shape our brand presence, foster authentic relationships, and drive awareness around our technology and mission.

What You’ll Do
Develop and execute a community growth strategy across Discord, X, and other key social and Web3 platforms.
Manage and moderate Discord servers, ensuring a positive, engaging, and inclusive environment for members.
Create and share engaging content (tweets, threads, posts, AMAs, newsletters) that highlights Hgraph’s initiatives, partnerships, and insights.
Collaborate with the leadership, marketing, and engineering teams to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
Identify and engage with key influencers, partners, and thought leaders in the blockchain and AI space.
Track and analyze community metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous growth and engagement.
Coordinate and host virtual events, AMAs, or Twitter Spaces to showcase team expertise and project milestones.
Support broader marketing and brand initiatives, including campaigns, announcements, and product launches.
What We’re Looking For
Technical Skills:
Proven experience managing or growing online communities, especially in Web3, blockchain, or tech environments.
Deep familiarity with Discord, X/Twitter, Telegram, and other social or community platforms.
Strong communication and storytelling skills; able to explain complex ideas in an engaging, accessible way.
Basic understanding of blockchain fundamentals, web3 culture, and emerging trends in AI and decentralized technologies.
Experience with content creation, social media strategy, and/or digital marketing campaigns.
Experience with analytics tools, community automation bots, or partnership marketing in the blockchain space.
Ability to measure, understand, and report results from activity.
