The Role
We’re seeking a Blockchain Engineer who is passionate about building the next generation of decentralized applications and scalable blockchain infrastructure. You’ll work across the stack, from designing secure smart contracts and backend systems to developing seamless, user-friendly interfaces that bring web3 experiences to life. What You’ll Do
Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end blockchain solutions.
Collaborate closely with leadership team members, product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into scalable, user-friendly products.
Integrate and experiment with blockchain frameworks, smart contracts, and AI/ML tools.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while applying best practices in security, performance, and scalability.
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Contribute to shaping our engineering culture and play a role in growing the team.
What We’re Looking For
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, with experience building decentralized or web3-enabled applications using frameworks like React, Next.js, and Node.js.
Experience developing backend services and smart contract integrations using Go, Python, or similar languages.
Solid understanding of API development and integration, including REST, GraphQL, and web3.js/ethers.js for blockchain communication.
Familiarity with databases (both SQL and NoSQL) and decentralized storage solutions (e.g., IPFS, Filecoin, Arweave).
Hands-on experience with blockchain frameworks (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, Hyperledger) and smart contract development using Solidity, Rust, or equivalent languages.
Strong grasp of blockchain architecture, including consensus mechanisms, cryptographic primitives, token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155), and DeFi/NFT ecosystem concepts.
Experience deploying and maintaining infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), leveraging Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines for scalable blockchain applications.
Exposure to AI/ML concepts or experience integrating AI-driven insights into blockchain-based products is a plus.
