A new effort to deliver seamless cross-chain liquidity on Hedera, minimizing friction and accelerating ecosystem expansion.
Hgraph announced that EtaBridge is now a core infrastructure offering. EtaBridge is a trustless cross-chain liquidity bridge built on LayerZero, enabling one-step USDC transfers across Hedera, Ethereum, Polygon, Avalanche, and Base. The founder, Danylo, continues as an advisor while the company prioritizes user experience and asset expansion.
Liquidity Fuels Growth
Leading DeFi products on Hedera demonstrated consistent growth this year. The sector faces critical demand for seamless interoperability to enable liquidity flows into Hedera. EtaBridge facilitates secure, instant asset transfers through LayerZero's decentralized validation, fully audited smart contracts, and instant finality -- supporting scalable operations for developers, dApps, and enterprises.
"By making EtaBridge an Hgraph offering, we're not just connecting chains, we're inviting external liquidity into Hedera while giving our community tools to explore beyond."
-- Tyler McDonald, CEO of Hgraph
EtaBridge and Hgraph
EtaBridge emerged from Hedera's Hello Future Hackathon 2.0 in late 2024, securing second place in the DeFi and AMMs category. Launched in early 2025, it initially supported USDC across three networks, expanding to five by mid-2025. The August 2025 integration combines Hgraph's expertise in Hedera APIs with LayerZero's decentralized validation network.
Looking ahead, the companies plan enhanced liquidity and asset support, with significant updates expected in 2026. EtaBridge serves retail users, developers, enterprises, and investors exploring Hedera's potential.
"At Hgraph, we're not only linking chains but taking on an exciting new effort that invites institutional participation and drives sustainable growth."
-- Brett Williamson, Head of Business Development, Hgraph
A New Chapter Begins
The integration marks a significant advancement in Hedera's interoperability and liquidity enhancement. Feedback on priorities is encouraged to shape future development.
